現在的爭議 ,好像變成WOG是否參考FFA的模式架構來完成
是的話,就要補上原日本FFA的版權宣告嗎?

我可以說「是」,但這又如何?

我寫程式寫了10年,不認為運作模式一樣就是抄襲
舉論壇例子來說,世界上論壇程式這麼多種,難道只要是po文+資料存檔+顯示文章的論壇程式就是抄襲?
再回來談RPG,每一款RPG都有打怪練功購物,遊戲流程大同小異,你能說抄襲嗎?

這些都是很好的舉例...
在來拿網路上的「留言版」來說
各有各的作者與版權
難道還要一一去追究第一個寫出留言版程式的原作者嗎?

萊特兄弟發明飛機,那是看到鳥在天上飛才有的想法
現在各大飛機製造場,是不是要在出產的飛機上冠上萊特兄弟的名字?
那是不是也要把「鳥」給補加進去?

抱歉,扯遠了...


你們知道嗎?
在你們提出對於WOG是否有侵權、抄襲的疑問時...
對於當事人的打擊有多大?
就好像,你考試憑自己實力考了滿分,同學卻說你抄隔壁的...
那種感覺...不是普通的難受呢

WOG 的版權屬於 ET 是所有人公認的,事實也是如此
他加上自己的版權有什麼不對?

要正視版權~ET正是最重視版權的人
即使要使用別人的圖片之類,ET 都會先詢問關於版權的事
這樣的人會在不屬於自己的東西上加上自己的版權嗎?

閣下所謂的標準是個人認定還是於法有據?
認為 WOG 抄襲綠光,是個人認定,事實上呢?


我想提一個比較實際的例子:
全世界生產開發掃描器的公司何其多
相信大家都知道~掃描器的功能在做什麼
難道 HP 產品上要註明他們參考了 加能才可以合法販售?
或是說 OKI 的產品必須打上:本產品參考自 HP 掃描器的 字樣?
機構上不同、光路設計不同、送紙方式不同....這中間的不同處說不完
而相同的只有"都是掃描器"

回過頭來看 WOG
與 FFA 相同的~只是"都是角色養成遊戲"
角色養成遊戲有多少種, FFA 也不見得是第一款

3.介面像80%??我看還不到20%,只有中間角色狀態像FFA其他完全不像,不知道你說80%從哪裡來


有誰做的所有事情都不是定基於其他人的基礎上?
以你寫一篇文章來說,文章中可能會用到其他人所使用的句形結構,請問這樣可不可以告你抄襲?
你的文章中引用了其他人的名言錦句,那麼這句話的原作者可不可以也告你侵犯著作權?

版權當然有套標準,但也不是你想的如此簡單
要是看起來很像就是侵權的話,我看所有人都要被告了。

最後,請你別把寫程式看扁了,任一套程式語言不是人人都會寫
要是人人都會寫的話那程式設計師學程式設計是學來做什麼的?

 那麼是不是要該款遊戲的版權宣告也要註明戰鬥介面參考自太空戰士

要說的原創性的話,我的確認為【坦格拉美亞傳說】比一開始的WOG原創度多很多很多

在一開頭我就有說明我不懂perl,看不懂綠光跟日本FFA怎麼寫
當初做WOG時,是我自己一個字一個字打出來,我敢保證在程式邏輯以及資料處理運算上完全是不一樣
講難聽一點做WOG的緣由是看FFA有太多缺陷,不符合我的要求
其實我大可以直接把FFA這字眼拿掉,裝備名稱改掉,角色頁面換掉
但FFA這名稱對我來說有紀念價值,舊玩家的回憶

看來你還搞不懂真正的狀況
Erebus提出真正的問題,但你沒搞懂引用(Reference)的意思,我懷疑你沒有寫過論文,才會說出這樣的話,對學術的認知跟標準還需加強
在寫一篇論文時引用別人的語句跟論點時,除了需著名來源之外並且不能改變內容,只能在後面加上自己的看法跟見解

接下來看下面,日本FFA的使用規範
1.当サイトのスクリプトはフリーソフトです。これは個人、法人ともに自由に利用することができます。但し、著作権は放棄していません。
2.商用ページでも利用は可能ですが、収益が生じるような利用の場合はフリーソフトではなくなります。商用利用を希望する方は、メールにて必ずご連絡下さい。
3.改造版の再配布は自由です。申請の必要もありません。
4.無改造版の再配布は、申請をメールにて必ずください。
5.利用者はスクリプトの著作権表示を削除する事は出来ません。 必ず見えるように表示してください。
6.スクリプトを改造して利用することは自由です。
7.スクリプトを改造し再配布することは可能です。但し、当規定を守って下さい。これを行っていないサイトについては、再配布・利用を停止していただきます。

看不懂日文沒關係,我學過兩年日文這點程度還翻的出來
我把前幾個重點翻出來給大家看
1.這是免費軟體,任何人可以使用修改,但沒有放棄著作權(標準的GNU)
2.欲商業化請EMAIL跟我連絡
3.改造在發佈是自由的,不需要跟我申請
4.無改造在發佈,請EMAIL跟我連絡
5.請勿刪除script的著作申明
6.script可以自由修改
7.script可以自由修改後發布,但請遵守規定

從上面官方FFA的使用規定來看
1.WOG沒有使用他的script,沒義務遵守他的規定(注:WOG沒使用到他任何東西如何去Reference,誰來告訴我Reference要加在什麼地方)
2.日方的FFA是GNU,可以公開修改使用沒有盜版侵權問題
3.靈感創意人人有,不是先想到的人就獨自佔有,後想到的人就不能接觸
版權是保障創作成果,而不是保障靈感創意,想法靈感只要有腦袋的人都有,重點在於你有沒有成果
有人愛用學術觀點來解釋,我試問有規定寫論文不能用別人用過的題目嗎?
研究相對論的論文這麼多,有人因為題目相同站出來說xxx侵犯愛因斯坦的版權嗎?
我的題目是FFA被人說抄襲盜版,那我把標題從FFA改成EBS,是不是又要被說盜版

這就是gun通用公共授權條例,...即使是十年前的板本...都寫出et沒犯板權問題!..因為wog是et的自己寫出來的..沒有用到ffa的任何源碼...!

不好意思出來說一些話.老實說我滿喜歡WOG的
原因我喜歡太空戰士.恩沒錯我真的好愛
我曾經夢想有一天我或許也有可能變成第2個史克威爾艾尼克斯
或是第2個微軟.無奈個人能力有限
無法達成夢想.但是我還是不斷朝這夢想前進
好吧有點離題了
我想說的是
上個月我第一次接觸PHP的程式架構
是的我才一個月的經驗.這裡我已經在我的電腦裡面架起了
PHPBB PLUS 論壇.論壇程式出處竹貓星球
寵物育成計畫 出處 我忘記在哪裡下載的了
當然還有虛擬形象.虛擬貨幣.還有ET大大自己開發的PHP遊戲WOG
以上沒有一個是我自己的但是內容我已經改了百分之90了
走我自己的風格.不好意思ET大我才來這半個月就把你的東西改的亂七八昭了
我想問一下喔我這樣也算是抄襲嗎?也算是侵權嗎?
我也沒在上面打上出處由來
唯一保留的就是最底下的連結可以連來ET大的網站
但是可笑的是.很多論壇網站副掛的程式
最下方有有原創者的網站和MAIL連結可以連到該作者架設的網站
當你需要資源也可以方便根源創者連絡
但是我更敢跟你保證那些連結已經有%98點下去是尋找不到網頁的
畫面.至於MAIL也不用再說了可以聯絡到的真的有鬼
我是不知道你掛上那些什麼侵權.創意OX的有什麼用
但是再我更改WOG的時候我已經侵權了
